1. Visit our dedicated Custom Map Wallpaper page

2. Click the green “Order Your Custom Map Wallpaper” button to go straight to our handy tool

Click the green button, and you will be taken straight to our map ordering tool.

If you would prefer to contact us via email with any questions, simply click on the “Enquiry Form” button to send our team a message.

3. Enter Postcode or ZIP Code Area, Wall Size & Choose Paper Type

First, enter the postcode, ZIP code, or area you want to use for your map design.

Accurately measure the dimensions of your wall to ensure the wallpaper fits perfectly. Note: we recommend adding 10cm to the width and height measurements to allow for extra wallpaper when installing. Input the dimensions into the “width” and height box. Be sure to use the correct unit of measurements!

Next, choose your wallpaper type. You can choose between our “Classic Wallpaper”, “Peel & Stick Wallpaper” or “Premium Wallpaper. You can read more about our wallpaper types here.

4. Customise Your Wallpaper

In Step 4, personalise your map wallpaper by choosing:

  1. Colour schemes
  2. Label options
  3. Map details

Please describe your colour preferences clearly (e.g. black and white with red main roads). If you have any specific placement requests, such as positioning a particular area of the map above a radiator, table, or other feature - please include those details here.

Once all the details are entered on the right-hand side, please carefully select your area coverage by adjusting the red box overlaid on the map to the left. This box represents your wall.

You can:

Zoom in/out on the map

Drag the corners of the box to resize

Move the entire box to position it over your desired map area

5. Review Details & Place Your Order

Take a moment to double-check all your selections - wall dimensions, map positioning, colour scheme, and any specific requests. Once you’re happy with everything, click the green “Order Now” button to proceed.

We offer secure and trusted payment options, and our team will begin preparing your bespoke wallpaper design right away.

6. Approve Your Design Proof

Once we receive your order, our design team will begin creating your custom map design according to your specifications. You’ll receive a design proof by email for your review and approval.

Take your time to check the layout, colours, and positioning. If you’d like any changes, just let us know - we’re happy to tweak it until it’s right. Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll move your wallpaper into production.

Your custom map mural will then be professionally printed, carefully packaged, and shipped directly to your door with efficiency and care.

Tips for Choosing the Right Map Design

  • Match your decor
Consider the room’s existing style and colour scheme when selecting your map design. Choose a theme and colours that complement the space and enhance the overall aesthetic.

  • Define the purpose
Is your map purely decorative, or do you want it to serve an educational or functional role? For example, a vintage world map might suit a study, while a detailed local map may be perfect for a hallway or office.

  • Check for obstructions
Take note of any features on your wall that might affect placement—such as doors, windows, radiators, or light switches. Make sure important areas of your map won’t be hidden or cut off.
