Every mural is made to order, then shrink-wrapped in protective cellophane and packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube before being shipped directly to your address.

Delivery
We partner with couriers UPS and FedEX to deliver your wallpaper safely and efficiently.
We offer free shipping to the UK and Europe.
Shipping to destinations outside the UK and Europe is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
We aim to produce and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.
Returns & exchanges
Made to measure, made right.
As every mural is made to your exact specifications, returns or refunds are not available unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective?
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Changing your order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we will do our best to help. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
