At Wallpapered, we take great pride in delivering our wallpaper products to customers and businesses all over the world. We are committed to delivering your custom wallpaper mural order with the utmost care and precision.

Below is a guide to our shipping process:

Processing Time:

Each wallpaper mural is custom printed, and made to order. Your order will be shrink wrapped in cellophane which protects the wallpaper until it is ready for installation. The wallpaper is packaged in a strong, cardboard tube and is delivered straight to your address of choice by courier service. Our full production process typically takes 7-10 working days. Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options:

We work with our trusted courier partner UPS to ensure your wallpaper arrives to you safely, wherever in the world you may be. We offer reliable shipping options for both domestic and international orders:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is  7-10 working days.

Expedited Shipping: For those in a hurry, we offer expedited options at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We offer free standard shipping on UK orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At Wallpapered, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Custom Wallpaper Murals:

Since each mural is custom-made to fit your space, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom designs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. To start a claim, please email us at hello@wallpapered.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Order Cancellations or Modifications:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
