How long will it take to process my order?

Every wallpaper mural is made to order. Once printed, your order is shrink-wrapped in protective cellophane, packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube, and shipped directly to your address.

The production process typically takes 7-10 working days.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next working day.

What delivery options do you offer?

We partner with UPS to deliver your custom wallpaper safely and efficiently:

  • Expedited shipping: Need it sooner? We offer expedited delivery options at an additional cost.

What is the returns policy for custom wallpaper?

Since every mural is custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, we’re here to make it right.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To start a claim, email us at hello@wallpapered.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Need to make changes to your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changes may not be possible once production begins.
