Refund & Returns Policy

At Wallpapered, we want you to absolutely love your custom wallpaper. Since each of our products is custom-made just for you, printed to your exact wall size and specifications, they’re considered to be bespoke items. This means that we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing your order. Custom-made products are exempt from the usual consumer return rights because they’re created specifically to meet your needs.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the standard 14-day return period. This means we can’t accept returns or offer refunds because of a change of mind once the order is placed, if the order has already been printed. However, we’re still here to help if something goes wrong with your wallpaper.

If there’s an issue with your wallpaper:

Wallpapered is committed to delivering high-quality, premium products, and we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If there’s an issue with your wallpaper, such as a printing fault or incorrect size, we’ll make it right by providing a replacement at no extra charge.

Here’s what to do if you need help:

1. Contact us: If there’s a problem, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can email us at hello@wallpapered.com or give us a call at +44 (0)1948 302045.

2. Send photos: To help us quickly understand the issue, please send us photos of the wallpaper, including any faults or sizing problems. This will allow us to assess the issue and determine the best solution.

3. Resolution: Once we’ve reviewed the photos, our team will confirm whether the problem is due to a production error, such as a print defect or incorrect size. If it is, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

Please inspect your wallpaper before installation. If you hire a third party for installation, please note that Wallpapered can’t take responsibility for installation errors or any related fees.
