How to measure your wall
Getting accurate measurements is the key to achieving a flawless wallpaper fit. We need the width and height of your wall at its widest and tallest points.
A simple way to measure
Use a tape measure and record the widest width and tallest height of the full wall. If the wall is not perfectly square, use the largest measurement each time. You can include any doors, windows or other features in your notes when ordering.

How to take standard wall measurements
Start by measuring the width of your wall from the left side to the right side at the widest point. Then measure the height from the top to the bottom of the wall. These measurements help ensure your custom wallpaper fits perfectly.
How to measure walls with obstacles
For walls with doors, windows, radiators or other features, we still need the full width and height of the wall. Measure each obstacle and its distance from the left or right edge, and we will mark these details on your design proof for a seamless fit.
How to measure sloped walls
Measure the widest and tallest parts of the wall. We will provide the wallpaper as a rectangle, with the sloped area trimmed away during installation. Precise dimensions ensure the best result for your custom wallpaper.
Measuring corner walls
Measure both walls and add the widths together. Measure the height at different points in case the walls are not perfectly straight, then use the largest height. We will provide one continuous mural so the design flows perfectly around the corner.
Allow for a perfect finish
We recommend adding 5–10cm (2–4 inches) to the height and width. This helps with small misalignments or uneven walls during installation.
