Will my wallpaper be printed in one piece?
We will print your wallpaper as one roll which is separated into panels for easy hanging. Each panel width will measure from 50cm-127cm wide depending on your final wall size.
How do I measure my wall?
You can use a manual tape measure, or a laser measure. Check out our dedicated measuring guide here.
My wall shape means part of the design will be cut off. Can you make it fit?
Yes, absolutely! If you have a sloped wall or a radiator/door on your wall, please send us the measurements of where it starts and a photo of the space. We will then ensure the design works for your space.
Can I change the colours of my design?
Yes, our team can customise the wallpaper design however you wish! Please let us know what colours or changes you’d like and we will happily adjust the design until you’re 100% happy.
What will my wallpaper look like?
We can send you a digital proof image via email of your wallpaper design for you to approve. You can ask us to make any changes to the design, colour and size. Once you are happy with the final proof, we can then process your order.
Should I give exact wall measurements when ordering?
We recommend measuring your wall at different points (eg. top, middle, bottom) to ensure you find the widest and highest points. From there, we then recommend that you add an additional 5-10cm to both the width and height to cover any margins of error and uneven walls.This will also allow some flexibility when installing.
How does the wallpaper come?
Your wallpaper order will arrive rolled up and packaged in a strong cardboard box. It will be delivered by our courier partner and will normally require a signature upon delivery.
What’s the best paper type for me?
We offer three types of wallpaper to suit your space. Choose from our Classic Wallpaper, Peel & Stick Wallpaper or Premium Wallpaper. Check out our wallpaper types page for more info.
Which wallpaper type is best for commercial environments?
All of our wallpaper types are suitable for commercial spaces, as they all meet European fire regulations. However, if durability is a priority, we recommend choosing our Premium Wallpaper.
Is the wallpaper suitable for use in bathrooms?
Yes, our Premium Wallpaper is suitable for use in bathrooms. It features a breathable vinyl layer, making it an excellent choice for spaces with increased humidity or moisture, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and kids’ rooms. The wallpaper is durable, resistant to moisture, scratches, and deformation, and has a wipe-clean surface, ensuring it maintains its quality over time.
Is the wallpaper suitable for use in children’s bedrooms?
Yes, our Premium Wallpaper is suitable for use in children’s bedrooms. With its durable, wipe-clean surface and resistance to moisture and scratches, it can withstand the demands of active children. Additionally, the breathable vinyl layer makes it ideal for high-traffic areas like kids’ rooms, ensuring long-lasting quality and vibrant design.
What paste do you recommend?
For our Classic and Premium Wallpaper, we recommend using a ready-mixed wallpaper paste designed for non-woven wallpaper. This can be found at your local DIY store.
How do I install the wallpaper?
Our wallpaper has been designed with ease of installation in mind. Whether you’re a wallpaper pro or a complete beginner, you will see how easy it is to install our wallpaper. Please see our installation guide here.
Can I wallpaper the ceiling?
Yes, our wallpaper is suitable for ceilings. Please ensure the surface is smooth, clean and dry before installing.
How wide is the wallpaper?
Our standard wallpaper panels are 50cm. For larger, commercial projects that require wider panels, we can print panel sizes up to 127cm. Please contact us for more info.
My wallpaper order has arrived and there’s a problem. What should I do?
Please contact us straightaway and inform us of the issue. Our customer service team will be happy to help.
What’s the lead time for delivery?
Our standard delivery lead time is 7-10 working days. Once we receive your order, our team carefully processes it to ensure your wallpaper is printed to the highest quality standards. After processing, we dispatch your order promptly, so you can expect it to arrive within the specified time frame. We prioritise efficiency and speed to ensure your wallpaper reaches you as quickly as possible.
I need my order urgently, can you speed up the delivery time?
Yes, we can arrange an Express delivery which speeds up our delivery time to 3-5 working days, depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.
Does Wallpapered ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and are proud to have customers all over the world. Please choose your country at the check out.
